The one thing all of our favorite biblical heroes had in common is they all had enough waiting in their stories to make us wonder if God had completely forgotten about them. Moses, Abraham, Esther, Ruth and even Jesus had to wait a really, REALLY long time for God’s promise to be fulfilled in their lives.
Furthermore, the greater the impact they had in God’s story, the longer most of them had to wait.
The question is not whether or not you’ll have to wait in life, the question is will you waste your waiting or make it count?
